This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Cubed Productions, LLC for the use of Minimum.
Grant of License
Cubed Productions, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Minimum for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the game; reverse engineer or decompile the game software; use the game for commercial purposes; or transfer your license to another party.
Ownership
Minimum and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Cubed Productions, LLC. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the game in your possession.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Cubed Productions, LLC does not warrant that the game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
